Alex - TFS org and .com and SFNL all added to the RE List. http://www.therealestatelist.org/

I'm working on re-designing www.owengetsreal.com - I will have TFS added there too.

thanks. I am anxious to poll other agents to see if anyone has suggestions for an email newsletter that can take the the place of sfnewsletter (although clearly, NO newsletter could fill those shoes completely!).

I'm with you on Verbier. Also a big fan of Zermatt. So many mountains, so little time...
We're here on a 2-year work assignment, will be returning to SF in December. Trying to determine if it makes sense to sell one of my rental units to the long-term tenant or if I should wait it out. Challenging to sort it out from afar - but sfnewsletter helps, and I LOVE the data.

Thanks. Love the site - it helps me greatly to stay connected to SF in general, and all things real estate in specific. Especially helps me to stay calm while owning investment property in SF, and living thousands of miles away in Switzerland.

Is there any reason why the Nazi SS symbol is being used for the logo of the group "SocketSite"?

A Reminder that I (the founder of theFrontSteps) am doing all of my blogging at "theFrontSteps.COM"

This site has great potential, and I'll continue to mix it up and promote, but all of my "original blogging" has returned to theFrontSteps.COM. This site is for socializing, and a great place for everyone to get involved. Don't be shy!

the verdict is in...I'm going back to blogging on theFrontSteps.com, but .org will live and thrive

It's back to blogging on .com for me. This site is anything but dead, so don't discount it, and certainly don't forget to keep coming back here to see what all the members are doing. I'll be promoting it from theFrontSteps.COM.

Realtors or Politicians, who's worse?

I had to post something on theFrontSteps.COM and not here, because I'm hoping to get a lot of responses (not easy here on .org with the whole login thing). So get over to .COM and comment on this post and let us all know what you think...yes, you can be anonymous.
